I start Monday as a full timer.. and due to my 10 years of service already. . Get immediate benefits and 5 weeks of vacation time a year.

Hooray!
Just remember, mo money mo problems.
Nice!
For the record, I thought this thread was gonna be about IMSA dropping the power on the Daytona Prototypes in Tudor.
So you are now officially semi retired?
Nice glad to hear this came through for you! 5 weeks of vacation is fantastic too, I'm jealous.
Congrats. Now show those lazy lifers how its berkeleying done!
Good news! Congratulations!
NJ location? I may have to come visit
Yay! More income! That mo money mo problems thing is wrong by the way. Different problems maybe, but better ones.
Something to add.. going from part time to full time.. I took an hourly cut in pay.. equaling to about $5.40 -less- an hour.. but I now get 40 hours instead of around 20ish. Plus I can still take calls elsewhere in town.. the potential for a very good year is there.

Seriously. A few extra greenbacks every month does wonders to alleviate that crushing self doubt feeling...

FIVE weeks off a year!?! Yeah, good for you. As far as mo' money, mo' problems, I'm sure Bill Gates is just miserable.
yes.. we get paid time off. For every 40 hours of work.. I get 7 1/2 hours of PTO.
I definitely got one of the best jobs in town. The Borgata still treats it's employees like people.. having worked at the others as a casual, I can tell you how miserable some of those places truly are to work for
That vacation time is HUGE! Congrats!
well.. completed my first day as a full timer and didn't get yelled at.. so I must be doing something right.
I did get my locker booby-trapped.. but I was expecting something to happen
