What are my neighbors building?

An advantage of working from home: You see what's going on in the neighborhood. 

So, doors are open today since it's so beautiful outside. I hear work next-door: the sound of digging, the sound of lumber being moved about, the sound of a tape measure retracting. Very little talking, though. 

Any guesses what they're building? (And I have no idea as well, but a half pipe would be cool.)
