Euge Groove on Pandora

aka Steven Eugene Grove. Clever play on the name. Euge Groove definitely does sound a lot cooler for a smooth jazz sax artist. Here's a sample (Slow Jam):

Mark Ronson - Uptown Funk ft. Bruno Mars

It has occurred to me that this absolutely HAS TO BE the next Jackie Chan Rush Hour movie song. I can see the two of them dancing to it in an airport or something

Joe Dassin: Aux Champs Élysées

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=d9V-zUlrhEE

Joe Dassin was an American ex-pat living in France and became a big star as a pop singer. This was probably his biggest hit and still covered by a lot of French lounge and cafe singers today. How do I know this?

This hot slab was on my doorstep when I got home today

One of the most overlooked songwriters/screamers of the first wave NYC punk scene backed up by one of the greatest bands of all time at the point where they were at the very top of their considerable game.

This is Testors era style Vincent with the super tight chops of RFTC driving it. Recorded in '03 and shelved until its release last week.

It sounds pretty much exactly like I hoped it would. It is pretty awesome

60's pop crap on the office speakers that someone was so kind as to repair. It took me a while to "fix" them to inaudible volume when I first moved back here (plausible deniability takes time), now I have to do it all over again.
