David Gilmour: Comfortably Numb
He's an old guy but very talented. Nobody plays this song better than David. He's played it since the seventies.

Leonard Cohen: Hallelujah
Despite all the excellent covers of this song, Leonard Cohen wrote it. And, I've said it several times here, I think this version at the O2 Arena in London from a few years ago is the best version. Great back-up talent too.

That was unexpectedly awesome.
Umm ... well, OK then Karl, Eric Alexander: Moment to Moment
This was recorded a while ago. He's a bit older now. But even more talented than this:

Louie Prima: Just a Gigolo & I Ain't Got Nobody
If I was a bit older I'd have loved to have seen Louie perform live in Vegas in the fifties.
Another Louie Prima classic:
Louie Prima is (my opinion) one of the "three great Louie's," consisting of him, Louie Armstrong, and Louie Jordan. There's a lot of great classic music produced by the three of them. Armstrong probably the most prolific.
Great White: Desert Moon
This was supposed to be their opening song at The Station nightclub back in February, 2003. Pyrotechnics took over the show and a hundred people didn't make it out of the ensuing inferno, including Great White guitarist, Ty Longley. The Station nightclub was about three miles from where I live in RI, and I had frequented the place. But Annie and I were on vacation in the Coachella Valley in CA at the time, a few miles from where Jack Russell (Great White band leader) lived. Very ironic. I'm thankful to this day that I was on vacation and I wasn't in The Station nightclub that night.
OK, so not "right now", but I went to see The Cure last night, they played over 3 hours totaling 35 songs. Awesome show. :)

Seriously? Was that supposed to be cleverly funny? It's not. And even if you say it's coincidental, it was wrong to post something like that directly after a post about a nightclub fire where 100 people lost their lives. What were you thinking?

The bridge in The Four Horsemen sounds kinda like Thunderkiss '65.
(My Mom bought me the first three Metallica albums when I was 13, in 1991. I'm still convinced that you can pretty much stop listening to anything they did post-Burton. Also, best Christmas present ever)
