Yep--- That' a Rossion. Based on the Noble-- pretty amazing cars. The owner of Zeitronix owns one that he tracks regularly. You'll see his car in the ads they run in GRM.
They are wickedly fast, and from what I've heard very composed and easy to drive on track. Top Gear U.K. loved them......FWIW. (they tend to love anything with it's roots in the U.K.)
