Blacktop car chase with an Edsel
I've only seen the YouTube clips, so don't know the story of why they chose an Edsel (of all things) for this chase. Offensive? It's a relatively boring 1959 Edsel not in great shape. Not a particularly rare or valuable car. And it does put up an excellent fight if you watch all the clips. I'm still offended, though, that something that survived the crusher this long got used up in a B movie nobody ever saw.
