La Teresita and sit on the diner side.
I am very familiar with the Teresita in Pinelllas Park and make it a point to visit when I am in Florida. Is there more than one location?
Not sure, to be honest. We go to the one on Columbus Drive in Tampa. (It’s this one.)
Yeah the Columbia has a second location on Sand Key (and one in the airport) and LaSegunda has another location in St. Pete. Frenchies has so many locations I can't even keep track.
So while I would recommend visiting Ybor City there is no need to drive all the way there if you are closer to one of the other locations.

I'm in Oklahoma, land of 90 mph straight winds for no reason and tornadoes. A normal day in OKC is 20-25 mph wind. Hurricanes don't scare me.
By all accounts it looks like we need to go to St Petersburg a couple of evenings of the better half is up for it. The conventions really take a toll on her. She has RA so even at 40 she occasionally uses a cane, but I'm writing all these down!
I've been in an Oklahoma City tornado. That has nothing on Ian.
Charley's Steak House on 4444 West Cyprus street is fantastic, flew down and took my mom there for her 80th birthday last year. It is a little pricey, but excellent food and service is top notch. You'll need a reservation.
The Florida aquarium is pretty good, not really an all day thing, but well set up and fun.
Fort De Soto park is also good, out of the way by the Skyway Bridge, but usually quieter then the St. Pete or Clear Water beaches.
How about a tour of Tampa via a BMX parts supplier?
Matt Coplon, a huge pillar in our BMX community, works for Profile, makers of cranks, bottom brackets, etc. Matt also lives in Tampa and has been producing a series of videos that show the inner Tampa. So while it’s about BMX, really it’s more about our communities and what makes them so special.
Here’s the first one.
