After over 10 years, a band repair and replacement, and 2 new batteries, my faithful timex is done. The plastic around the band pins has torn out. It was a metal band Ironman. Unfortunately these don't seem to be a thing anymore. The closest I have seen lately has been a metal F91W Casio that is too light or a dressy timex with a stretching band.
Ideally speaking I would like as close a replacement as possible. A moderately sized face with a clean two row date/time display and a weighty stainless clasping band.
At present I'm left with my work friendly(food service) Casio W201 and a Timex Expedition analog that I don't often wear because I don't care for analog. If I did, I would have a quartz dive watch.

Nice, that is actually the women's version of what I just broke.
Scurfa One Stainless if you can find one for sale. The guy that produces them is a real deal saturation diver. It is analog though.
Casio has a bunch of what you're looking for most are going to be lightweight though due to how they're manufactured. You might just want to find something you like, the measure the lugs, and swap a heavier bracelet onto it. It should be pretty simple to do since the cases aren't curved on the square face watches.

I'm going to deviate slightly from the Ironman, and suggest the Casio AE1200WHD.
Stainless bracelet, resin body, lightweight, comfortable, stopwatch, alarms, and so on. Comes in a choice of 4 different finishes, also. Here is a good thread discussing it over on a popular watch forum I visit when I need a break from car stuff.
