I haven't decided between a real person (John Prine, Chuck Yeager, Bernie, or Colin Powell) and a fictional one (Augustus McCrae, Atticus Finch, Davy Crockett, or Annie Oakley)

I don't think Delaware has any provisions for write-ins unless you do an absentee / early ballot.
