Mine won't be in the mail until Friday but it is all packed.
I'm not willing to brave a store until at least Sunday, so mine will go in first part of next week.

Ok, this is pure speculation, but I'll bet a box of donuts that the single most popular item received is a piston of some sort. I cant imagination any GRM'r who doesn't have an extra piston within arms reach.
I thought about sending the broken piston from my Miata but I want to hold onto it for awhile. I just sent some boring hopefully useful stuff that I have too much of.
Yeah my broken pistons are trophies to me so I decided against it.
Well, broken pistons do have sentimental value. Perhaps my speculation is flawed.
Box is shipped. I learned the post office ships enough dead people to have "Creamated Remains" stickers, and that my mail lady is too honest to be bribed into sticking them on a box.

I'm a little surprised it didn't turn into a contest to see how heavy you could make one of those boxes. I bet filling some of those boxes with lead would make them rethink their flat rate.
They must have gotten more strict in the flat rate boxes. I got a flat plate heat exchanger (heavy chunk of copper) a few years ago that came wrapped in a dissected small flat rate box.

IIRC, the weight limit is 70 lbs for any flat rate box.
