Still no power. Plugged the laptop into the Rolla's inverter and charged it some while we drove to Wally World for more propane. I have a very old "Winchester" brand propane camping heater. I remember my parents using it when I was about 6. Anyway, catylitic element and still works great. Taking the chill off the bedroom now. They fixed their 3G so I can connect faster than dialup. Woohoo. Roads are clear of ice, but not clear of trees.
The devestation is tremendous. Every single tree is damaged. I probably lost outright 2-300. The other thousand were damaged. Cut a limb off my shop yesterday. The limb was about 9" across at the base. Those corrugated metal buildings are the only way to go. Didn't even scratch the paint.
