The organizers did. Even if a couple people on the cruise exceeded the speed limit SLIGHTLY, that does not excuse the premeditated media event that proclaimed the entire group guilty before the event started, and pulled ALL of them over in a group in front of the cameras to only get a couple people for barely speeding just before. And then allowing the media to lie about what happened is inexcusable. When the Mini club decided to put on the event, the police decided then and there to make a media production out of it, before it even happened. Sorry, that's inexcusable.

Bad judgement? The OPP are the nastiest corrupt band of thugs in the whole country. Think of the worst southern hick town police force you can imagine and then multiply that by a province of twelve million people and an area twice the size of Texas. I'd rather have Lord Humungous patrolling the streets.
