intermittent turn signal, or when it freezes could be caused by the relay. Its the tall one in the fuse box.
I believe you can buy that plug and pins from the dealer. They are not too expensive, let me check.
Insert obligatory "BMWs have turn signals?" joke here.
Got caught up feeding my kids. Don't have my laptop with me, so I will confirm tomorrow for sure. This is what I found:
