We went to a flyin Miata Garrett setup on my dad's MSM and have the complete hotside/turbo/downpipe available, and all the coolant and oil lines intact. Also have a PS pump that I will include.
There are four on ebay from prices ranging from $600 to $1100 for this so lets start at $400 picked up. Hopefully this can go on a Challenge car. Recoupe by selling the included catalytic converter. Located in Winter Park (Orlando)

Killer deal. This should bolt on to any 1.8 Miata, although the downpipe won't mate up to the rest of the exhaust system so you'll have to build one. Which, as Matt points out, lets you sell it for probably what he's asking.
Note that the coolant lines (IIRC) need the specific MSM mixing manifold so a little bit of creativity might be required. The oil feed used by the MSM is not present on 1996-05 blocks but the aftermarket (ahem) has options or, again, creativity.
I would like to move this stuff quickly.

Also, if you clock the turbo this setup works nicely on fwd BP powered vehicles as well, (if running a civic 1/2 radiator).
