A guy is selling the jack portion of the Quick Jack system without the hydraulic pump, NIB for 300 bucks. Got four of them. He's about 80 miles from me. Is this a good deal? Should I be suspicious?

Probably a good buy. 300 each or 300 for 2? Do you feel like setting up your own hydraulic pump?

300 for the pair. I can set up a pair of Vevor pumps for 400 clam so it would be 700 all in. Interfacing the pumps doesn't scare me. Much...

That's an exxcellent deal. If it was local to me I'd pop for a pair.

seems like a pretty screaming good deal to me, the replacement frames are 2 or 3 times that.  The hydraulic rams are several hundred dollars each and QJ claims they are not servicable but somebody on this forum has repaired them, so if the rams are bad you might find yourself in a bit more but considering the 7000 is $1700 new it feels like a legit deal to me

The replacement pump is around $800 from quickjack so even if you went direct to QJ to get a pump you're still in for just over $1000.
