Possibly.  It might depend on how high you can get the truck so the part of the jack with the hydraulic ram clears.  Note that as the jacking point rises, it gets closer to the user, thus reducing the available "reach".

Edit. I also find the 4 ton rating rather suspect. The ram might be rated for that, but typically the rest of the jack is not.  And for whatever it's worth, H-F sells a similar jack for $90.

I use those jacks to install and remove the salt spreader on my truck

It’s impossibly heavy to take on and off when it has a hundred # of salt in it.

amazon has something not quite similar but much less.  Minor confession.  I cleaned the trunk out of the 1.6 earlier.  Um there was a HF tranny jack still in its box.  Kinda forgot about it.  Doh!  But I would be interested in something that makes the job even easier.  And at $200 that's too much for the CL one.  blush

I have a Harbor freight one. It has been useful for jobs like the trans or a subframe where you need to pick up something big and bulky and done want to balance it on a floor jack. Not a must but it is a useful tool if you have space to store it out of the way.

The harbor frieght one one has held up for my use over a few years and didn’t cost $200
