I recently picked up a 2004 Miata to part out and put a spare 6 speed on my shelf for when mine blows up. It was hit in the front so nothing in front of the engine it there. Motor seems good, 3.9 Torsen diff has a broken arm but can be welded, interior parts are good but not great (tan leather seats but the drivers seat has the stitching failure).
Good passenger door and trunk lid but that's about it for panels. Shocks, wheels, exhaust, steering rack, control arms, subframes, gas tank all seem good.
If you need something, best bet is to text as email has become a black hole.
Prices should be significantly cheaper than normal breaker prices, I just like dismantling stuff.

Cruise control car? If so, how much for cruise parts and the dash and chassis wiring harnesses? Like, all of them? Im non vvt, so i cant use engine harness or id grab that too.

Yep, it's a cruise control car. Working on pulling dash stuff apart this week. Whatever your offer is, I'm sure it's fine. Really just trying to get this thing torn down and clear the hulk back out of the garage.
