Okay so I've got an inground lift in my shop that the control valve has started leaking on. Can I rebuild this myself? Is it under pressure in situ? It looks like I can disassemble the top half but I don't know if I'm going to blow parts off but tearing it down.
I'd really rather not try to pull the valve itself out if I don't have to. If it comes to that I'll just get a local lift install/maintenance co to do it.
