Couple 110V drops in the ceiling for retractible cords?
I have polished concrete, and it's gorgeous, but will need polishing again if you're actually using it as a shop.

We pre-wired for garage door openers, so I will use those outlets for cord reels. That's what I did in my current garage, and it works well.
I had not considered power & air for a lift, but it will be easy enough to add if I end up getting one. Electrician left a couple of conduit runs from the attic space down to the breaker box, and the air lines I am installing will be in the attic space, so adding a T for air will be quick work.
