Next Friday
I think that the Ford is probably fast if I can come to terms with it. Since I drive only from the cockpit view, it has the disadvantage of a large blind spot looking to the apex of left-hand turns.

Try moving the seat forward.
You’ll have to make sure you have buttons mapped for those controls.
Someone we meet online suggested plugging in a keyboard and mapping features to that. I need to try that since I have no reset button currently. I have not tried it with the drivehub, but it should work since it’s not a controller.
The seat position seems to get saved for each car, so you only have to set it once. You could just use a controller, map the fwd/back, up/down buttons to the D pad, move the seat where you like it then exit. Then reboot or whatever you have to do to make drivehub happy and your seat should be where you want it. Should be a one time evolution (at least for the particular car).
I've got a lot of work to catch up on after taking 4 days off of work, but hopefully I can make some time to figure out a track and weather combo that I like.
TJ, try the B tune I sent you. I was able to make the entire race without a spin, It has very good turn in and might need some tuning for power out of the turn. The only issue I had was when the tires started getting a bit slick which was probably them getting a bit hot.
Do check the radiator and brake openings, on one of the tunes both are set to zero. The brakes are also too sensitive on one of the tunes.

I'll give it a try.
EDIT: I like the B setup. I changed it a bit with slightly different spring, shock, engine braking and diff settings and it is nice at Barcelona. Did a couple laps at Sonoma with Argo's date/weather and it seems pretty good there as well. I'll send it to you so you can check it out, but you'll probably like it your way better since I mostly made it a little less oversteery.
I like the two tracks posted so far. Sonoma is fun and I've wanted to do over at Road America since out GT1 race there.
I'll post mine later today. I've got it down to a few tracks.
EDIT: Not sure there is a track where the 911 will have an advantage, so trying to pick one that is fun to drive and that we haven't used before. Been trying out some of the alternate configurations of tracks we have used.

Well played. Now I just need to find a picture of you driving so we can write "That guy is slow in Project Cars"

No, just there to watch. I’m local to NCM.
I love the idea of doing OLOA, but an old back injury makes road trips fairly miserable.
You'll need to log in to post.
