Has anyone ridden these bikes? Will they fit someone who is 6'2"? Since they are 50cc I am assuming no motorcycle license is needed.

It depends a lot on your state whether or not you will need a license.
They can be made quite fast with aftermarket parts. I have not ridden one, but I have ridden Aprilia scooters with the same engine.
They are tiny. Not pocket bike tiny, but I recommend trying on on for size before committing to the search. If they are actually 50 cc, you will need a license, as it is usually 49cc or less for no license.
Technically you need a license for anything with a manual gearbox. Cops don't know this though, because I have been pulled over 3 times and they ask "is that thing street legal?" I say yes and give them my drivers licence and they let me go.
That said, an RS50 is a pretty small bike, but maybe worth it. If you don't register it and ride it as a scooter, technically you are limited to 30MPH.
Having looked at Alabama's motorcycle laws I wouldn't bother. Still wish the Aprilia RS125 was available in the US.
This doesn't help you out at all, but RS250s are available pretty frequently on ebay. Beautiful, but a lot of money.
I had a Derbi 50 supermoto w/ a 70cc kit, "big" 20mm carb and a Metrakit "kit" pipe. Essentially the RS50 engine. It was completely mental, as in you literally had to ride it as though it was your sole mission in life to blow it up. Power band was about 1500 rpm wide at most. Despite having wanted one forever I sold it in less than a year. But if you fit, go for it!
