When I was a teen, going up in New Olreans, I was in the Quarter and a dude had a bike similar to this. I recall it having a cross bar as a man's bike would. It was set up like a road racer and not a cruiser. I have looked for that type of bike for years but have not been able to find it. The thing that jumped out to me was the all plastic construction. It had 26 or 27 inch plastic wheels. It was very cool.
