Hi, my friend's dad is selling a cb125 thats been in his shop for a while. Its been parked but he rode it around the shop the other day so it does run at least a bit.
Small insignificant ding on the tank (dont care about), super low miles and clean title.
Is 900 a fair asking price for this?
Im sure its gonna need some minor work at least to get it truly road worthy but I welcome a small project and will have all the help I can ask for, so does the price seem fair?
Given that these were mostly used up and thrown away, if it's in nice shape other than the small ding, I think that's a fair price.
I've seen them from $400 to $1,000. Not sure on how pricing goes in your area, but that $1,000 CB in Chicago would be $600 in Milwaukee. Seems a fair price, especially this close to spring.

Are these the one cafe bike builders like? Might be worth slightly more to them.
I was thinking it was pretty spot on what the bikes worth.
Im pretty sure this is a favorite of the cafe world, im not 100% what I want to do to it once im tired of it stock other than some motor work to wring some more speed out of it lol.
Not a cafe for me though, at least not a full cafe conversion. Lil scrambler for city riding?
