I am having an issue with my turn signals. They were working fine a couple of days ago but all if a sudden they just stopped. The hazards work fine. The odd thing is that when the car is not running and the ignition switch is turned to the on position they work fine, but once I crank the car they won't work. I am highly confused. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

One more thing. The fan on the a/c does not come on either. It is the same situation, when the ignition is turned on the fan blows fine but once I crank the car the fan won't blow. I have checked all of the fuses and they seem fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Since this is more of a question than a tip, I'm going to move it to the main forum. Someone there should be able to help.

Swap the relays around and see if anything changes. If it does, swap them back and replace the one for the turn signals. With a Ford, the a/c fan and turn signals may well be linked somehow. I heard that when the interior dome light bulb fails something pretty important goes with it, and changing the rear directional bulb also does something odd.

Worth a try anyway, costs nothing, might be the answer.

Luck. I own a Mustang currently and owned another along with it up until a year ago. Fun and frustrating.

Put a new flasher in and blower motor resistor (especially if the fan works on high).
