For the sake of playing nice, I did some googling. I had no clue what an oreion reeper was. Took a bit of digging, but I did find a.close-up of the speedo. Nearest I can tell,.its the outer number. Good rule of thumb, the numbers that go up slower are your mph, as km are a smaller measure of distance and there for the number of km/h will be greater relative to mph.
