I do not have mulch anywhere in the yard but as I have found out it also grows in rotting wood and I live in a woods. My '99 Suburban is covered with the Fungus - what say you the herd on best way to remove it? It has been on there a LONG time.
FWIW my cheap pressure washer doesn't touch it.
I have been looking @ Tube of You and have seen a few ways to remove it. But i still have questions.
Has anyone tried Goo Gone Automotive? My plan - always have a plan - is to use a plastic razor with the Goo Gone Auto. Does Goo Gone leave a residue - streaks, etc - anything that I need to aware?
Thanks
I gotta ask .... what is artillery fungus?

I had to look it up. I've seen it (the black spots) but I did not know anything else about it. Cool fungus!
I think manual effort is the only way. Any solvents that would take it off would damage the surface.
I was expecting weathered bronze cannons or other actual artillery. I haz disappoint...
Just wait until it gets all over your siding.

I am concerned about the Goo Gone even though it says Automotive on it.
Thanks for the responses.
I got the plastic razor blades.
