I'm in Knoxville but I don't have a project. I've also never done the Challenge. Hope this helps.

I'm not that knowledgeable about beer, but I did notice a lot of "red" beers when I was out in Knoxville that I haven't seen in Florida. They were tasty.

Awesome idea. I'm tied up Friday afternoon, 4-6p, in downtown Knoxville. I probably could duck out early, though, and happy to swing by.
