Interested.
Destination type of thing? or just hand out at someone's garage / Restaurant Bar ?
I'm open to anything. Depending on venue / timing, I would probably bring along Indy-Kid #2 & #3.
Indy museum closed - renovation. You can do the Kiss the Bricks Tour that is lame to me.
Get a tour of Tire Rack in South Bend then slam the RV Museum?
If we're looking at sites to see, Dayton has the Packard Museum near downtown, pretty neat. I did a tour of Meyer Shank Racing in Columbus a few years ago, wonder if they would do another?
The amazing thing about the Midwest is how many people seem to think the geographic center is wherever they happen to live.

Ha, I consider myself to be Midwest but not sure I really am. Looking at member map I think central/north central Indiana would be best for the most people.
I would be interested. Another plug for Dayton, there is a British Transport Museum that has an old GRM car in it, or at least did the last time I was there.

Geographical center or population center?
Population center is probably somewhere slightly southeast of Chicago. Geographical center is likely near Ames.
I'm out for this unfortunately, unless it happens to be in Chicagoland.
I'll toss these out there if a "destination" beyond a bar/restaurant is desired.
Gilmore Car Museum (very large) north of Kalamazoo.
Pontiac transportation Museum. (Costs and extra $20 to see the "good stuff" in the back.)
The Henry Ford. (Most of us have probably been there already)

I've been wanting to go back there and look around. I bought a set of wheels from one of the employees but didn't get a chance to check out much while I was there.
In reply to EvanB :
A few years ago Tyler, the Turbo 900 kid, and I stopped by there after going to the C&C. They were having some kind of meeting but let us wander around inside for as long as we wanted.
