Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and explore New York’s unique Finger Lakes region from behind the wheel of your favorite car? That’s the idea behind our inaugural Classic Motorsports Empire State Tour, taking place this week July 14-19.
July 16, day 2 of our tour, started with a trek through the vineyards along the famed Finger Lakes for a stop at the breathtaking Taughannock Falls in Trumansburg.

Then our guests headed into the quaint town of Watkins Glen–often considered the birthplace of sports car racing in the United States–for the opportunity to drive the iconic race track before stopping for lunch at the nearby Seneca Harbor Station Restaurant.

Before heading back to the Hotel Ithaca for the night, participants visited the International Motor Racing Research Center followed by cocktails and dinner at the famous Seneca Lodge–a popular watering hole for many racers passing through the area.
