A Ford Fiesta built to push its driver’s capabilities to the limit | Car Catcher

Although this 2011 Ford Fiesta looks like it would be at home on a rally stage, it’s much more than that: It’s actually a key part of the performance delivered by rally driver and Hoonigan co-founder Ken Block in Gymkhana III:

Sharing a similar name to a popular motorsport in Japan akin to autocrossing, Ken Block's version of Gymkhana is a mix between showing off driving abilities and an all-out stunt show, jumping, sliding, and–as the video above portrays–driving up steep embankments at speed.

The custom-built Fiesta is powered by a 2.0-liter Olsbergs Duratec engine rated for more than 600 horsepower and 660 lb.-ft. of torque. Other modifications include Ohlins shock absorbers and four-piston AP Racing brakes on all four corners.
