The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance has announced their foundation's newest board member, Malcolm Hogan. 

Hogan is no stranger to all things automotive—having founded Jacksonville's monthly Cars & Coffee cruise—and sounds like a great fit.

Jacksonville, FL - The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance is proud to announce the Foundation's newest board member, Malcolm Hogan. A long time volunteer and friend of The Amelia, Hogan's extensive automotive background and Internet marketing expertise make him a valuable and welcome addition to the team.

A noted journalist and pioneer, Hogan is the founder of the popular website Automotive Addicts (www.automotiveaddicts.com). Recognized for his journalistic integrity, he has published countless articles covering over one thousand vehicles in extensive detail through test drives and reviews. His work can be found in many nationally recognized publications, including AutomotiveAddicts.com, CarsDirect.com and The Florida Times-Union (Jacksonville.com).

In 2007, Hogan founded Jacksonville, Florida's monthly Cars & Coffee cruise-in under the Automotive Addicts brand. The monthly cruise-in is now recognized as the largest monthly gathering of automotive enthusiasts in Northeast Florida. More recently, he launched SAC Collective, a private automobile and luxury lifestyle club headquartered in Northeast Florida.

Malcolm represents the new generation of car enthusiast and brings to The Amelia a new perspective on the future of the program here," said Bill Warner, The Amelia's founder and chair. "We are pleased to have him on the board.”

Additionally, Hogan has successfully run his own computer software consulting business, Hogan Systems Integrated, for over 12 years. He is known for his sharp focus on management, development and understanding of the new-age of Internet marketing.

Malcolm has one child, Emarra, and is married to Ecole, who has upheld an auditing position at Bank of America for over 20 years.
