Another Excellent Orange Blossom Tour

On Monday, the group departed from Amelia Island and headed for the St. John's River Ferry.

From there a trip to Brumos Porsche headquarters.

Then a drive to St. Augustine, Florida, made for some excellent cruising.

The real highlight this year was the group.

We had an absolute blast on the Orange Blossom Tour this past week. This was by far the greatest turnout that we’ve seen for this event with 21 exotic cars making their way through the backroads of northern Florida and southern Georgia. It was a four-day journey of fun relaxing drives surrounded by car enthusiasts.

On Monday, the group departed from Amelia Island and headed for the St. John’s River Ferry. From there a trip to Brumos Porsche headquarters and then a drive to St. Augustine, Florida, made for some excellent cruising.

Day two saw the group turn west, hitting locations such as the Green Cove Springs Park and the Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing in Ocala, Florida.

The following day, we drove west again to stop at the historic Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings House and then farther to our most westerly stop in Tallahassee, Florida.

After a night of rest, the parade of beautiful cars turned east and after a stop at the Pebble Hill Plantation, finished the tour back at Amelia Island.

The weather was great and the cars exquisite. But the real highlight this year was the group of people. Everyone gelled perfectly and we hoped we help foster new friendships. We can’t wait to put this tour on again next year.
