How do you make an already-quick Lotus even quicker? In the words of the great Colin Chapman, "Simplify and add lightness."
Lightness is exactly what has been added to this 2010 Lotus Exige S260 Sport, as its hardtop, tailgate, rear wing, front splitter and interior panels have reportedly all been replaced with carbon-fiber components from the factory.
Powering this Exige is a supercharged inline-four similar to the one found in the more "normal" Exige S, but with a factory power bump to 256 horsepower. That, in conjunction with the addition of carbon fiber, is reported to give the 260S a zero-to-60 time of around 4 seconds.
Said to have been "just serviced with fully synthetic oil and new oil and air filters," this Exige shows just 17,500 miles on the odometer.
