Only 44 examples of the original Panoz Roadster are said to have been built, all equipped with a 5.0-liter V8 from Ford mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
This 1992 Panoz Roadster, reported to be chassis No. 10 of 44, is said to have only 2200 miles on the odometer. Although the only creature comfort offered is a DOT-mandated windshield defroster, the 2500-pound two-seater was capable of a zero-to-60 time of just over four seconds thanks to its 430-horsepower V8.
This single-owner Roadster is said to have been “always garage kept,” and the original bill of sale, owner’s manual and optional tonneau cover are all included in the sale.
