Not long after Caterham bought the rights to build the Lotus Seven, Westfield sports cars was founded and started producing a facsimile of the iconic Seven themselves.
This 1984 Westfield Seven is one of those cars, said to be assembled just two years after the company's founding.
The listing states that this particular Westfield was prepared for "SCCA Solo II autocross and divisional racing" sometime back in the early '90s.
Powering this replica is a 1800cc Ford inline-four attached to a "Cortina-sourced 4-speed transmission and MG Midget 3.70:1 rear end."
Included in the sale is a spare fuel cell, three sets of wheels and tires, and a complete set of weather gear.
Find this 1984 Westfield Seven available for $22,500 over on eBay Motors.

Good question. The listing doesn't really mention anything, but maybe someone with more experience with these engines will have an answer.
