Yes, there’s a star-studded lineup headed to the Chattanooga Motorcar Festival on October 11-13. David Hobbs, Brian Redman, Corky Coker, Lyn St. James and Luigi Chinetti Jr. will be recognized with special honors for the 5th annual edition of the festival.
David Hobbs, the 1983 Trans Am champion, will serve as Grand Marshal. Over the course of a 31-year racing career, “Hobbo” competed in Formula 1, IndyCar, IMSA, Trans Am, Can-Am and NASCAR. After that, he was a television commentator for nearly 40 years.
Nine-time sports car champ Brian Redman returns to the festival once again as Grand Ambassador. Corky Coker, of Coker Tire fame; 1992 Indy 500 Rookie of the Year, Lyn St. James; and Luigi Chinetti Jr., driver, designer and son of famed Ferrari driver and importer Luigi Chinetti, will serve as Grand Marshal Emeriti.
The Chattanooga Motorcar Festival includes Broad Arrow Auctions, Luftgekühlt, celebrity meet and greets, car club gatherings, specialty displays, Concours d’Lemons, street festivals, a parade, a concours and more.
