MGBs are currently so cheap and plenty-full that I don't see why you would buy that one if your intent was to economically drive one?
That car needs a full paint job (it ain't as rust free as the vendor says) and a full interior. The cost of those two items alone, exceeds what a nice driver MGB would set you back.
Since project cars do not have to answer to fiscal responsibility, the car MIGHT be a good base for a project if it really is as rust free as described.
