Trans Am, NASCAR, IMSA. Boris Said has virtually done it all.
Fitting, then, that the veteran driver has been chosen as the grand marshal for the Trans Am Memorial Day Classic at Lime Rock Park, slated for May 26-29.
Said will give the command to start engines and wave the green flag for “one of the largest Trans Am TA2 fields in Lime Rock Park’s history.”
The event will also be a family affair, as Said’s son, Boris Said Jr., will compete at Lime Rock for the first time in the No. 86 3-Dimensional Services Group Chevrolet Camaro.
