Expanding the Fleet

We recently found an early Sunbeam Tiger and an MG TD near Traverse City Michigan. Until our friends at Reliable Carriers could pick them up, we needed a place to stash them. Fortunately, Traverse City is blessed with one of the coolest places ever to store classic cars: MFD Classic Motors. Long time vintage racers Mike and Dawn Fisher sold their manufacturing business a few years ago, and instead of selling the 28,000 square foot building, they decided to create a complete center for classic cars instead, that includes a club house, short and long term storage, a restoration shop and even GR Auto Gallery, a classic car dealership.

We will decide exactly what we are going to do with the cars when we get them home. If you need to store a car for the winter, or want to check out one of the 200-car Saturday morning events being held at MFD Classic Motors once a month (seasonally), check out their website.

Dang, when are you going to do the TD? I'm in the middle of mine right now and I wish you were ahead of me, not behind. Heck, I waited 35 years for you guys!

What is that carbuncle just in front of the driver's door?
