Ever wanted to live in a four-car garage with two bedrooms at the racetrack? Well, Flatrock Motorclub, an hour west of Knoxville, Tennessee, revealed its latest renderings for Garage Lofts.
The Garage Lofts boast 2400 square feet. Flatrock Motorclub added that some of its members are combining units to create even bigger spaces.
Construction has begun on the 11 Garage Loft buildings, which will provide 44 units overall. Flatrock Motorclub added that 90% of the space is already sold out.
Rusty Bittle, Founding Partner of Flatrock Motorsports Park, said in a press release that they expect to welcome its “first set of members in May, when they can officially take ownership of their units.”
Furthermore, Flatrock Motorsports Park continues to make progress on its 3.5-mile Flatrock Motorclub circuit. That should open by summer 2024.
