did anyone try giving something car-related that turned out to be a big hit with Mom? I’ve been toying with the idea of a custom keychain made from a part of her first car, something a little sentimental. Wondering if keepsake-style gifts landed better than practical ones like tools or car care kits.
Finally...I got my mom a canoe a couple of years ago, and she still talks about it. My siblings and I can add new paddles to it from our phones, and she loves seeing surprise canoes pop up from everyone. It's easy for her to use and keeps her feeling connected, especially since we’re all in different states now.
