Shelby GT350 leads sales at Mecum Dallas, selling for $522,500

Are prices coming down for top-end collector cars? If this 1965 Shelby GT350 Fastback offers any indication, they might be.

The GT350 led the sales charts at Mecum Dallas this past weekend but sold for less than #3 money, per Hagerty ($588,000). In fact, Hagerty notes that prices for the iconic car are down 7.8% from last year.

On the flip side, a 1968 Shelby GT500 convertible sold for well above #1 money, at $220,000. Hagerty values the car in Concours condition for $186,000.
