Brian Redman experienced the golden era of motorsports and, fortunately, is still here to talk about it–which is exactly what he did during a reception hosted by the Brumos Collection on May 31.
[An Interview With Legendary Racer Brian Redman]
Amelia Island Concours founder Bill Warner served as the evening’s emcee and knew what to ask–and when to ask it–to keep the packed house entertained with tales of daring, winning and, sometimes, crashing.
Redman, now in his mid-80s, can still spin a yarn with the best of them.
The Brumos Collection offered the perfect backdrop as its walls contain some of the world’s most important Porsches and Millers plus other milestone machines. Even if there isn’t a famous speaker lined up, this Jacksonville attraction is worth the visit.
