The parts needed for our 1965 Corvette have come from several vendors as well as private sales via Facebook Marketplace.
We’ve been happy with Corvette Central, part of Coker Group, the firm that now owns Coker Tire, a company we have known for many years. (Learn more about Corvette Central here: http://corvettecentral.com/history/timeline.)
Corvette Central has had the parts we needed–often in stock and at reasonable prices–plus an easy-to-use website. Shipping times have been rather quick, too.
Going forward, Corvette Central will be our official partner on this project, meaning the majority of the new parts used will come from its catalog.
And more work to come soon, including restoration of the seats, hood underside, paint and suspension.
