The dash covering is a strange combination of vinyl covered cardboard pieces that kind of press into place along with black vinyl to cover the top of the dash and the package tray.
Heater installation was pretty straightforward once we made little brackets to hold the heater in the back to its original mounting location.
Next on the to-do list was to finish installing the dash covering and install the heater.
The heater hangs from a bracket at the rear and bolts through the metal dash up front. Installation is fairly straightforward. Once installed, you can hook up the ducts and put the duct covers back on,
Installing the rest of the dash is mostly just a matter of fiddling with the vinyl-covered cardboard and folding and pressing it into place.
With some patience, we got the pieces straight and looking right.
