You never know. I actually made enough money to put into my own cars during the early 1980s by finding garage/barn finds of British cars in the Southeastern US (most of them within 20mi of my home at the time), and taking them home long enough to refresh & resell. I couldn't help but notice during that era that many of the folks selling those cars said that it was the car their child had owned before dying in Vietnam, and stating that very reason as why they'd held on to the thing for so long. Absolutely heartbreaking. I felt like some sort of ghoul sometimes..
