Found a Austin-Healey in Roswell, GA

Found a Austin-Healey in Roswell, GA

This is a 1959 AH Bugeye. It was running when it was parked 20 years ago. Since then it has served as home for several cats and a family of rats… after the cats moved out. Everything is there, including the top frame and side screens. Someone has replaced the original engine with an Midget 1275cc and waffle case power train. Condition of the engine to be determined next. The body seems sound but it will need a new floor pan. I pulled the front and rear drums so it could be rolled, bolted on the original steel wheels with new rubber added, and was able to push the car to the garage single-handed. These things are more like cockroaches than frogs… you just can’t kill ‘em!
