A one-of-one Mustang Boss? That’s what the accompanying Marti Report says.
One of only 1806 examples produced in 1971, this Mustang is noted to have undergone a rotisserie restoration which made use NOS parts “as needed.”
In addition to a rebuilt 351 V8 engine and 4-speed manual gearbox, the Boss retains several original components that include the carburetor, aluminum intake, wheels, exhaust manifolds and even the sheet metal.
Find this 1971 Ford Mustang Boss 351 Fastback for auction on January 16 from Mecum with an estimated value of $130,000 to $150,000.
