Aston Martin only produced 29 examples of the Mk1 Vantage Volante. What’s even rarer than that? How about one fitted with a manual gearbox from the factory?
This car had a long tenure under one owner, Dick Skipworth, from 1976 to 2022. In 1985, Dick sent the car out for a complete restoration that brought the car to its current condition.
The Vantage Volante still retains its matching-numbers engine–a 4.0-liter straight six–that comes equipped with triple Webers.
Find this 1967 Aston Martin DB6 Vantage Volante for sale at RM Sotheby’s, with an asking price of £550,000 (approximately $687,280).
