Is this one-of-one Yenko Corvette an “F-16 with a license plate?”

The seller describes this one-of-one Yenko-Wildfire C5 Corvette as an “F-16 with a license plate.” It may sound like a bit of hyperbole–because it is–but there’s no denying that it’s fast for a car. How does a zero-to-60 time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed of more than 200 mph sound?

Don Yenko’s longtime friend and business partner Bill Rea, of Yenko-Wildfire, built this car as a tribute to the iconic car modifier. It’s the only C5 Corvette in the Yenko Commemorative Series.

An all-aluminum, 427-cubic-inch Agostino Stage III racing engine puts out 490 horsepower. The power plant is paired with a six-speed manual, with a B&M shifter. Plus, the odometer reads only 3622 miles.
